Hello Community Users! We just wanted to pop in and add the steps for removing a bank account connected in Quickbooks Online.

1.    Go to your chart of accounts page.

2.   Find the account you want to unlink and then click on  Edit on the drop down arrow next to the  account history.

4.    In the Account window, check the box next to Disconnect this account on save.

5.    Hit Save and Close.

This will unlink the bank account and the existing bank chart of account and transactions will still remain for you to report on and add transactions to manually or relink the bank connection at a later date.

Any questions please just ask!
