Hi there, @rebekah_wall. Happy to help!

To clarify, which bank account are you trying to change?

Is it the bank account linked to your subscription, the account connected to your bank transactions, or the bank account used for Payroll?

If you want to change your bank account linked to your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks using a web browser (not the mobile app).
  2. Click on your profile icon and then select Billing info.
  3. In the Payment Information section, choose Edit.
  4. From the Wallet list, you have the following options:

  • Update the payment method for QuickBooks Online, including the expiration date, billing address, and account holder's name.
  • Add a new payment method for QuickBooks Online billing.
  • Switch your QuickBooks Online billing to a previously saved payment method.

After saving your updates, the new payment method will be visible in the Payment Information section.

Note: If you manage multiple Intuit subscriptions, use the Intuit Payment Wallet to add and access payment methods for all your subscriptions.

To change the bank account linked to your QuickBooks transactions, you must first disconnect the current account.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab and click on Bank Transactions.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to your bank information.
  3. Next, select Edit Account Details.
  4. Check the option to disconnect this account on save.
  5. Click Yes once there's a pop-up message.
  6. After disconnecting, click Save.

Once done , go to Link account  to connect your new bank account
