How to add Credit card reward cash back not imported from bank feeds

It's nice to see you in this forum, thecressbrook. Recording credit card cash back in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential for keeping an accurate record of your income and expenses. I'm here to help you add these transactions to our system.

Since these entries weren't imported into your QBO bank feed, you must record them manually inside the platform. To do so, please follow the steps I'll share below.

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to + New, then select Credit card credit. 
3. Fill in the required information and select the appropriate account from the Bank/Credit Account dropdown.
4. In the Category details section, select the account that matches your cashback reward. If you haven't created an account for this yet, check out this article for help: How to create a new parent account or subaccount.
5. Make sure all necessary details are included.
6. Once finished, click Save and close.
