What you would need to do is get a QuickBooks Online account by either contacting our Sales Team to purchase a QuickBooks Online account. Once done, you can contact our live support team or use this link here, which is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and is free from any UK mobile or landline and the agent on the phone will then be able to raise the request for the migration to data services for you and then data services will be in touch with you with any updates.

Do you need to migrate data from QB Desktop UK version to QB Online UK version? Prepare your new blank QBO account

then you may have 3 ways to migrate data:

1. Install the trial version for QB Desktop 2019 to upgrade your file and migrate to QB Online.

2. Contact Support for assistance as mentioned by Ashleigh1 

3. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service as the last resort.
