How to Link accounts

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to connect your accounts to Online banking, skindeepbylaura-. 

The Barclays, Halifax, and MBNA accounts are supported bank accounts for Online banking. We can reconnect your accounts to establish the connection to Open banking. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Add account or Link account.
3. Follow the steps to connect the account to online banking again.

We can also reauthorise your bank connection in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If the same thing happens, we can manually import your bank transactions into QBO. Then, reach out to our Customer Support Team for them to investigate what's causing this banking issue.
