I am missing two transactions from my bank feed so can't reconcile my account. Any ideas??

It's important to note that we'll only download transactions that have cleared your bank, i.e. that don't show in a pending status.

In cases where cleared transactions are missing, and transactions dated after this have been downloaded, it's unlikely that these will be automatically downloaded through the bank connection in QuickBooks.

To correct this, you can enter the transaction manually via the + New button (e.g. as a Sales receipt, Expense, Bank deposit or Transfer). This will then allow you to complete the reconciliation.
