I am trying to reconcile my credit card, but last months payment isn't showing on the reconcile page. i cant figure out why?

Hello Polly2, Can you go to  accounting>chart of accounts>and account history on that card> use the funnel symbol to search for the transaction( you can do that by amount  and date) does the transaction have an r or c next to it in the column that has the itck symbol?If it has an R it is already been reconciled if it is blank if you click once in that box it will change it to a c and then if you go back to the reconcile it should show(provide transaction date is in reconcile date range)
