I am wondering how do we put it down that we pay ourselves as it’s not an expense, e.g. if I move money into my personal account. Also, I have 2 vehicles on my mileage tracker but I only have 1. How do I delete the other one?

We can add a transaction for the money you that you received. However, I'd still recommend reaching out to your accountant so you'll be guided on the correct posting of the account.

As for the vehicle, we're unable to delete it. The option to remove a vehicle is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Rest assured, it will not affect on your account since the system only record the vehicle you use when tracking the trip.
