We can perform some troubleshooting solutions to re-consent your bank feed connection in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Enriquez.
We can access your QBO account and reconfirm the connection using a private window. A private window is a helpful tool for troubleshooting browser-related difficulties, as it won't preserve any history. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Once done, follow the steps below to manage the bank connection again. Let me guide you on how:
Go to Bookkeeping, and then Transactions.
You may see Transactions and then Banking.
Click the ▼dropdown arrow next to Link Accounts.
Choose to Manage connections.
Next to the bank that you need to reconfirm consent for, click the More ⋮ icon.
