I can't import trial balance from QB despite being connected - it says invalid token- help?

Allow me to share some information about importing Trial balance in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Importing the Trial balance directly into QuickBooks is only available in certain regions or countries. Importing your trial balance data into QBO is currently not available in the UK version. However, you can still import your trial balance as a Journal entry as a workaround. 

Alternatively, you could explore the Apps menu within QBO to search for a specific app that you can integrate with QuickBooks. This will allow you to import your trial balance entries instantly into QBO.

Here's how:

1. From the left menu, select Apps.
2. Go to the Find apps tab.
3. Enter the app name in the search bar (i.e import) or select the Browse category drop-down menu to check out different apps.
