I have two fuel receipts of the same amount, but two days apart, my QuickBooks app wrongly marks them as duplicates, how do I rectify this?

I replicated this to make sure I could offer the necessary resolution. The system will detect a duplicate when receipts on the For Review and Reviewed tabs have the same date, supplier, and amount. I'll also outline two situations to ensure we're on the same page. We got this together, Philip. 

If the receipts show as duplicates when using the mobile app but not on the browser, we can take some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

Before we proceed, ensure that your app is updated. Once you've verified that, we need to refresh or clear your app's data. This process will help eliminate any issues so the program runs smoothly. 

Here are the steps to follow: 

1. Open your Settings, then tap General.
2. Tap iPhone Storage. Choose the QuickBooks app.
3. Click Offload App.

If the receipt is marked as duplicate in the mobile app and browser, I suggest reviewing the For Review and Reviewed tabs. Please check for any transactions with matching details, especially the date.
 

If you find a duplicate, deleting one will still mark the other as a duplicate. To resolve this, we can remove both transactions and re-upload the original receipt. Please refer to the attached screenshot for a visual reference.
 

For future reference, you can generate and customise the Transaction List by Supplier report to view and analyze all expenses by each vendor.
