I'm reconciling some accounts prior to filing (tomorrow) When I put the date and statement ending balance the resulting entries are not all there.

Let me help you reconcile your accounts so always match your bank and credit card statements. 

When reconciling, let's make sure that these transactions are posted in the right accounts and aren't reconciled yet. That way, they will show up in the reconciliation window. 

Once checked and yet they're still not showing up, I'd recommend running some basic troubleshooting steps. Sometimes too much cache accumulated in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This can be the reason why these entries aren't appearing in the reconciliation window.

To start. open your QuickBooks account in a private window. This will help isolate the issue and check if it's browser-related. Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:
 

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Let's try reconciling again your account and check if you're able to see entries from there. If you're able to see them, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, use another supported browser instead.
