Quickbooks is linked to my bank account and it automatically downloads the transaction - usually there is a Full Description as per our upload file - this is usually the person's name. However last week and this week, the Description has come back as a single letter So instead of Susan Smith, it has returned S? We have never had this issues previously? Any ideas? Thanks

I can't get quick books to recognise my business account.
Hi,We use Starling's spaces (/pots), but there's an annoyance... when transactions occur *directly* from the space and not the main bank account, the transaction isn't included in the bank feed that is pulled automatically into Quickbooks. So every time I perform the bank reconciliation there's always transactions missing. Does anyone else experience this? I understand that the spaces/pots are normally a 'special' feature of these banks, so don't expect Quickbooks to support it, just a bit worried that these transactions just get ignored 😕😕
I have been through the process several times. I connect to my bank. I go through security, I get confirmation of the link to Quickbooks. I drop back to quickbooks and it shows my account and the correct current ballance but it feezes there. I cannot move on. Has anyone else had this problem?
I spend a great deal of time manually loading payments into my bank (Nat West). There must be a way of automating this by downloading from QB and uploading to the bank. I am new to QB, but a colleague told me we used to use an app called 'Comma'. Can anyone recommend something that could help.Thanks in advance.
Banking connection duplicated twice. Self Employed. How to fix this repeating issue?
My client has had their Natwest bank connected to Quickbooks for quite some time now.Today it is disconnected completely and I can;t log back into the account.Natwest pop-up insist the credentials are incorrect, however they are not. We have checked and the client has checked. The client can log into Natwest just fine.Is this a cache issue? A pop-up issue? or perhaps being on a server?

I recently had to change several reconciled transactions as I had recorded them incorrectly. I am now unable to reconcile. Quickbooks says to check each transaction to find errors but this is not helping.
