I've been drafted in to help a friend whose book-keeper has gone off sick - she is not available to ask questions. I have never been on this side of a Direct Debit mandate, so the learning curve is steep.The bank feed shows GoCardless receipts in every day, listing them under 'For Review', but I can't see how to 'Add' them. How do I process them so the total appears in the bank register and the details get posted to the customers? And they leave 'For Review'I can see that she made use of the Undeposited Funds account, so I have tried categorising one of the receipts as a transfer from the Undeposited Funds to the Current Account, but I still can't see the detail of the payment and am uncertain as to how to clear out the UF account.Actually, on checking the current account's 'bank register', I see the GoCardless receipts do seem to be posted correctly!! So, what do I do with them under 'For Review'?

I have been trying to import bank transactions using the upload function and I manage to choose the OFX file to upload and the account I want to upload it to when I click continue I get the following message: Uploading this file may cause duplicate transactions to appear at some time in these account(s): Main Current Account - If you continue, the account(s) will be set to No Automation. Are you sure you want to continue? I want to press continue but the option is dimmed and there doesn't seem to be a way to continue. I have been contacting support all morning both through chat and phone and am not getting any response. Anybody got any ideas how to solve this. I get the same result with both Safari and Firefox on the Mac

I got my HSBC token and try to connect the bank accounts into QBO. I have 2 companies under my QBO profile and both Company A and Company B are registered under the same HSBC token. However, I can only see and connect Company A's bank accounts after I enter the OTP (no matter in Company A view or in Company B view). What can I do to connect Company B transactions into QBO? Thanks.
Hello all, Does QBSE have a way to set up reminders to re-authorize link to bank? Mine keeps expiring before I realise, and then after I reconnect, I have to manually import all the missing transactions. A reminder before the authorisation expires would be so helpful!Thanks, Heather
I'm trying to renew my recently expired bank connection to which I follow the links eventually reaching the redirecting to bank at the final stage of clicking the green sign in button. The sign in button does not do anything when you click it so I cannot renew my connection. I should be redirected to Nationwide, pretty sure this is QuickBooks broken link issue on their website redirect button, can a QuickBooks expert please check this out and update please? I've done this before multiple times without any issues so something is most definitely not working. Thanks
QBO Continues to Drop the TDBank connection. NO MATTER what I do. I sign in 100+ times a day and "RECONNECT" it drops it immediately. Yes I accept the terms when I sign in...I even scroll EVERY time to the end to make sure it's not that. QBO keeps sending me messages, your issue HAS BEEN RESOLVED!! SO that means they have CLOSED THE CASE and crapped on me. My problem now as they did NOTHING! OF course with QBO now they took away ALL HELP, ALL there is is this community, which takes TOO long to answer and they don't RESOLVE anything, just say YEAH WE HAVE THAT ISSUE TOO. QBO charges me a LOT of money a year, I have MULTIPLE accounts and pay DEARLY, yet they continue to strip what was offered in the initial contract and give me less and less. ZERO SUPPORT NOW. ZERO. It's been actually over 4 months since I can't connect with my bank...QBO keeps telling me they escalated it, then it's RESOLVED!&nb
We’d like to undo yesterdays imports as it completely messed up our books. There was a period missing as qb didnt notify when it lost sync with the bank acc. We need to undo what the books were littered with, duplicates should be ignored

Can anyone advise on how to link QuickBooks to either Barclays.net or Barclays iPortal please? We use these to access Barclays business banking. When trying to connect QuickBooks to Barclays it assumes we are using Barclays business banking with a membership number which we don't have. Instead access to Barclays.net and iPortal is via a smart card reader and I can't see an option to connect via a smart card reader from QuickBooks. Many thanks.
Quickbooks online will only let me add 5 resolving transactions, I need to add 6 how can this be done?
Says bank issue....cant reconnect to santander business banking (UK) & its not appearing on the list of add accounts either
It seems I need to change the status to Reconciled again in the account history but am unable to do this as Run Report is the only option.
