QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers an option to hide account cards within the Bank Transactions tab. Let's ensure that your bank accounts are not hidden by default, Stephen.

Here’s how to check:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank transactions
  2. At the top of the screen, find the main bank drop-down menu. This is where you can manage and toggle the visibility of linked accounts and cards.
  3. Make sure the option to Show Account Cards is enabled so you can see the details of your actual connected accounts.

If the option to show account cards is enabled and they are still not visible, please ensure that the connection was completed during setup. You may refer to this article for guidance:  Connect your bank or credit card to QuickBooks
