Managing your bank transactions can sometimes be challenging, Bill.

Let’s work on this together to correct the duplicates and get everything back on track.

You'll have to identify or select the duplicates manually. Use your bank statement as a reference to determine the duplicate transactions. Once selected, you can batch exclude the duplicates to streamline the process.

Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Go to the Pending or For review tab.
  2. Choose the checkboxes next to the transactions you want to remove.
  3. Then, click Exclude.

Alternatively, if these bank transactions have already been categorised or matched, then you'll have to Undo them first. Undoing the transactions will move them back to the Pending or For Review tab. Once there, you can follow the steps outlined above.
