Question

My bank account won't re-authorise; it works to the point that it requires QuickBooks to re-open and then goes no further (just spins for hours). I have a GooglePixel phone. Any fixes please?

I'll make sure you're able to re-authorise your bank connection, eastwood-harris-. I'd be delighted to provide the steps to resolve this.

 

To start, I'd suggest clearing the app's data. This refreshes the program and resolves some of the common issues in the program.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. From More Options ⋮, select Settings.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Once done, choose Yes.

 

Once done, re-authorise the bank connection. If the issue persists, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This also resolves any data issue that causes the problem.
