Instead of always updating the account, can you try disconnecting it completely and reconnecting the account. Before doing so, make sure anything in the For review tab is matched or added since it will be deleted once you disconnect a bank account.
Go to the Banking or Transactions menu. Then select the Banking tab.
Select the bank account and click the pencil icon.
Click Edit account info.
Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Then, Save and Close.
