My beginning balance is not showing correctly so I am unable to reconcile. I may have deleted some transactions and then undone my reconciliation .

Hi Miriam162, thanks for your post - please check for any transactions that have been manually reconciled as these would not be unreconciled when completing the unreconciliation. You can check these by navigating to the Cog > Chart of Accounts > Account History > Set the filter to Reconciled status: Reconciled and apply. Any transactions showing here that should not be reconciled can then be unreconciled by clicking on the 'R' to change this to 'C'. If this is your first reconciliation, only the opening balance should show as 'R'. 👩‍💻
