My Monzo business account isnt connecting despite me getting confirmation that a connection has been made

To begin, could you let me know if you encountered an error message while connecting your bank to QBO? If so, you can find solutions to common error messages in this article: Fix bank connection errors in QuickBooks.

 

In the meantime, if you meant that QBO is unable to connect even after receiving confirmation, we can troubleshoot the issue by logging in using a private or incognito window and switching to another supported browser to rule out cached data or browser-related issues.

 

Once done, please reconnect your Monzo business account.

 

However, if your Monzo bank account is successfully linked to QBO but transactions aren't syncing, you can manually update your account to ensure transactions are downloaded from your bank.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to My Apps.
  2. Click on Accounting and select Bank transactions.
  3. From there, locate the bank account.
  4. Next, select the Update button.

 

Also, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks using the Upload from file feature. This ensures your transactions are up to date. Please see the screenshot for reference:
