My PayPal isn't syncing

We're aware of an issue where some customers are receiving the error "Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to PayPal (for UK users). Try again in a few hours. (590)" when connecting or updating their PayPal account in QuickBooks Online. 

Is this the same error that you are experiencing?
