Hello Liz, you could import via a third-party app connection we have embedded the link for you, we do not make the apps so they may have a cost involved in using them. If you decide to manually import the sales receipts instead, that will be a snag as you can not have a minus sales receipt it has o have a balance of greater than 0. you would have to import the sales receipt to be the original amount paid and then create a refund receipt manually for the refund.
