Non of the transactions that I have reviewed back to 2024 have been reviewed. Everything before that year does not show. Why

This usually happens due to a cloud sync delay, a temporary cache issue, or a slight mismatch in account credentials. You can troubleshoot this by refreshing your full data within the app.

For IOS:

  1. Go to Menu, then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Refresh data, then tap Refresh now.

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu, then tap More options.
  2. Tap Settings, then select Refresh data.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.

This process frees up storage while keeping your documents and data safe. Once you've finished, restart your phone and try using the app again to see if the issue is resolved.

Please note that syncing your historical data can take up to 72 hours to appear fully in your account. Additionally, when you connect a bank account, security protocols generally limit automatic downloads to the last 90 days of transactions.

However, if you are accessing your account via a web browser. We can double-check to ensure they aren't simply hidden from view.

Here’s how:

  1. Head over to the All apps menu, under the Accounting tab. Select Bank transactions.
  2. Check the Categorized and Excluded tabs next to your main For review tab. Sometimes, a reconnection automatically shuffles transactions into these columns.
  3. If you see them in the Excluded tab, you can click Undo to bring them back to your main list.
