Question

Problem with the ‘next’ button when trying to connect bank account. The button simply doesn’t work. I’ve selected the appropriate answer ‘personal’ but can’t progress

Before we start, may I ask if the Next button appears grayed out, or does it just not respond when clicked?

 

To get you moving forward, start with the "Refresh & Toggle" to nudge the page. Unselect Personal and click Business, wait two seconds, and then click back on Personal. It helps the Next button recognize your input and change from its "greyed out" appearance.

 

If the button remains unresponsive, refresh your browser page:

 

  1. Open Chrome, select More , then select Settings.
  2. Under Privacy and security, choose Site settings.
  3. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Select the option to allow or disallow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.

Another step is to try an Incognito window by pressing "Ctrl + Shift + N". It opens a clean session without any old data interfering with the button.

 

If the issue continues, try using a different browser to progress.
