Quickbooks won’t connect to my NatWest account

When you are connecting your Natwest account up are you getting any error messages or codes showing up for you at all? 

Have you got your Natwest banking app connecting on the device you are trying to link it on, can you uninstall it, then connect it up in Quickbooks then reinstall the banking Natwest app.
