Reconciliation 0.00 but Deposits and Payments don't balance

It may be that the deleted transactions were not posting to this specific bank account - we'd recommend following our guide to reconcile an account in QuickBooks to resolve the discrepancy - please note when viewing the bank balance, the top balance relates to the live balance from your bank, and the bottom balance relates to the current balance of all transactions in this account in QB. 🙂
