Should bank balance match quickbooks balance?

Yes, and I've come to share some information on why there is a difference between the QuickBooks Balance and Bank Balance.

The QuickBooks balance is the total balance to all bank transactions you added or matched to QuickBooks, while the Bank balance is your bank's actual balance from the last bank feed update. If there is a difference between these two balances, below are the possible reasons causing it:

• Outstanding transactions.
• New transactions for a connected account.
• Duplicate transactions.
• Edited or deleted transactions.
• Card (liability) account.
