Should I wait more than 2 weeks to payment deposited? Costumer has been paid. But still not deposited. Is that any technical issues with my account?!

Receiving online payments in QBO UK is done through PayPal for credit payments and GoCardless for Direct Debit. Transactions made using these payment options are usually processed within 5 working days. Can you tell us what option was used by the customer when the payment was made?

If the payment is still not deposited for more than 2 weeks, I'd recommend reaching out to PayPay or GoCardless. They will be able to take a look at the transaction and provide more details about this.
