"Something Unexpected Happened" when trying to reconfirm consent to linked bank account. Self Employed

If I try to do this action for any of my linked accounts, I get the same error. All transactions are still being pulled through at the moment, but I'm concerned that connection will be lost.

I appreciate your efforts in addressing the issue with reconfirming consent to your linked bank account, Ella. I've got some information on how to address this issue.

Before we proceed, could you please specify the banks you are trying to reconnect with? Providing any additional details will help us address the issue more effectively and tailor to your specific needs.

In the meantime, I recommend contacting your financial institution to check for any potential issues, such as system updates or temporary restrictions, that could be interfering with your consent validation process in QuickBooks.

If your financial institution confirms that its systems are functioning properly, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team. They have the expertise and tools to securely review your account and resolve the issue promptly and effectively.

To ensure timely assistance, please refer to their support hours:

  • Callback times: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Live chat: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Weekends, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Moving forward, to ensure an uninterrupted connection between your bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed, I recommend reconfirming your consent within 90 days, as required by the Open Banking standards.

Don't hesitate to reply or post new inquiries if you need anything else.
