I'll point you in the right direction to resolve the prompt when fetching your accounts from your bank, @k-s-tsui.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Solopreneur/Sole Trader.
  2. Go to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
