Transactions are not showing from my authorised bank account, MonzoI have disconnected and reconnectedBalance is accurate but transactions stopped syncing in Jan?

Hi Matt, when you reconnect your bank in QuickBooks, it will normally download transactions automatically for up to 90 days, depending on your bank's policy. Since it didn't flow, I recommend reaching out to our Sole Trader live support team so they can conduct a closer review of this matter.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file format to ensure your records in QuickBooks remain up to date.
