Why can't the payment receipt email template be used in the app.

I totally get that, because you want your payment receipts to match your professional invoices everywhere you go.

The reason it appears that way is that the app is built completely separately from the website, and it cannot pull your custom receipt template yet.

For now, the only way to get your proper branding out to clients is to use a web browser to record and send those payments instead of the phone app.

Whenever you have a quick second, you can pop into your app menu, tap Feedback, and let them know you want that payment receipt template to match the invoices.
