Why does my bank account not update, after I have authorised my bank to do so??

Let me assist you with banking, ogdenequestrian.

 

Though the connection is successful, we still need to consider if the bank has a system issue. That will prevent the transactions from downloading. Reach out to your bank so they can verify it.

 

Also, we can manually update it to help in bringing in the transactions. Go to the Transactions/Banking menu, select the Banking tab, and tap Update.

 

In addition, please check this link: Open Banking connection errors. This will show you how to fix bank errors if you encountered one.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. All you need is a file from your bank that we can upload.
