Though the connection is successful, we still need to consider if the bank has a system issue. That will prevent the transactions from downloading. Reach out to your bank so they can verify it.
Also, we can manually update it to help in bringing in the transactions. Go to the Transactions/Banking menu, select the Banking tab, and tap Update.
