Why is my transaction not showing to match?

Hello Emmalene-c-iclou, thanks for posting on the Community page, so the way match works is it goes off the date, amount, and account. If all 3 of those are the same it should bring up the match for you. Sometimes you may need to click on find match to then tick the transaction it relates to to match it together.
