Will someone please help me? I cant connect to my lapsed accounts. I have tried multiple browsers on different devices, clearing history and cache etc.

No bank issues - multiple bank accounts - same message

 

please help me get to the live help as the link you sent me just takes me to another complex webpage with no obvious way of getting "live help"
