Thanks for joining the Community, orangeblossomspe.

If you're referring to a transaction/batch that was processed through a QuickBooks Payments account, there's things such as chargebacks which can occur. When one's received by Intuit on your account, you'll receive a notification email with a case number and instructions on how to send in documents to challenge it.

I've included a brief video that explains more about chargebacks:

In the event you check your email and confirm the deposit was taken in relation to a chargeback, you can additionally get in touch with our Customer Care team if there's any in depth questions about its case. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and review the situation with you.

They can be reached while you're signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

I've additionally included a few detailed resources about chargebacks that may come in handy moving forward:

If this doesn't appear to be related to a chargeback, please let me know. I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Enjoy the rest of your day!
