Hi, Seth23. I’d like to clarify first if your account is still active? Also, which page are you having difficulty accessing your data, or did you encounter an error? This would help me provide you a clear guidance.

If your subscription has expired, we keep your data for one year after expiration. You’ll need to resubscribe to regain access.

If your account is active and this is your first time connecting your bank, most banks only let QuickBooks download the past 90 days of transactions. To access older transactions, you can import a CSV file provided by your bank with past years’ transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can find instructions here: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If your past years’ transactions were already in QuickBooks Self-Employed but are no longer visible, it’s possible the account was accidentally hidden. To unhide it:

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Manage accounts under TRANSACTIONS.
  3. Turn the connected bank account back on.

Please get back to us with any additional information so we can provide precise troubleshooting steps and help you access your past years’ data. We’re here to help.
