Allow me to share some info and assist you in disconnecting your accounts connected to online banking in QuickBooks Online.
Once you disconnect, QuickBooks clears the transactions in the For review tab that still need to be categorized. You won't be able to download the transactions into QuickBooks again if they are more than 90 days old.
Also, before you disconnect an account, you must fix any banking errors that may have occurred. When you reconnect after disconnecting with errors, it may download duplicate transactions.
To disconnect an account from online banking:
Go to Bookkeeping, choose Transactions, then Banking.
Select the tile for the bank account.
Click the pencil ✎ icon, then hit Edit account info.
Tap the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
Please leave a comment below and tag my name if you need further assistance or have questions about online banking. I'll be around if you need me. Take care.
