Question

All of my January bank transactions are missing. I have refreshed the accounts several times, but they are not appearing.

Welcome to the Community forum, arduncan72. Did the transactions ever appear in QuickBooks Online and then disappear, or have they never shown up at all? Or are you referring to your online banking or your "For Review" tab itself?

It’s possible those transactions just moved. Check your Categorized tab to see if they’ve already been added to the register. If not, they might have been accidentally moved to the Excluded tab, or perhaps a banking rule is automatically filtering them out. If your January transactions are there, you can un-exclude them to bring them back to For Review. Simply click the Undo under Action column next to transactions.

You can also check the date range setting in the transaction view and set it to include January in the Banking tab, ensuring the transaction list isn’t filtered out.

Verify that these transactions aren't still pending, as they won't appear in QuickBooks until they're posted. If they still aren't showing up, there may be a sync issue with your bank. You can check with them for service interruptions on their end. While checking, you can add them to QuickBooks Online manually to bring those transactions in immediately.

Once the missing transactions are downloaded, make sure to exclude any duplicates to maintain the accuracy of your books.
