Are we able to view bank transactions from January 2025- October 2025? I’m having trouble going pass November 2025.

This could be due to incorrect dates, inaccurate data in your CSV file, or accumulated data interfering with the software, which may prevent them from appearing correctly. Let's start by clearing any cached data that could be impacting its performance.

If you're using Android, clear the software data by going to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data.

For iPhone, go to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload.

If the issue persists, you can upload a sample file to verify whether the problem lies within your CSV file. Review the dates and file format, and once you are done uploading, you can exclude any affected transactions. If so, we recommend reaching out to your bank to obtain an updated and accurate file.
