Make sure your credentials are up to date on your bank's website first. Once confirmed, we can easily update your sign-in details in QuickBooks to refresh the connection.

Here’s how:

  1. Head over to All apps and go to Accounting.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Look for your Associated Bank tile and select it.
  4. Click the pencil icon and choose Edit account sign-in.
  5. Enter your bank User ID and password, then hit Save and connect.
