Anyone else had the problem where bank transactions are not showing? I have the last in March 26 and then restarts 23/6/26

That gap between March 26 and June 23, 2026, usually happens because the bank feed was temporarily disconnected. This often happens because of updated login credentials, an unresolved error message, or an expired Open Banking connection that needs reconfirmation.

To fix this, first try manually updating your feed by clicking the Update button to refresh the connection. If the gap remains, download the missing transactions directly from your bank's website and manually upload the CSV file into QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to All apps, then Accounting, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the Link account ▼ dropdown, then select Upload from file.
  3. Drag and drop your downloaded CSV file or select it from your computer, then click Continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, and click Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen mapping steps to match the columns from your bank file (Date, Description, Amount) to QuickBooks' fields.
  6. Select Yes, then select Done.

Once uploaded, these transactions will appear in your For Review tab, where you can match and categorize them into the correct accounts.

Just to clarify, which particular bank account is missing transactions? Feel free to add any additional details or questions in the comments below.
