Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

There are no reported system errors regarding bank data uploads in QuickBooks Online (QBO), greenbooks1.

Before proceeding, could you please share any specific issues you encountered while uploading your bank data, including error messages and screenshots? This information will enable me to provide more effective assistance.

For now, let's ensure you’re using the CSV file format for uploading your bank transactions, as an incorrect format can cause issues. Refer to the screenshots below to confirm your format; use either a 3-column or 4-column layout.

Next, verify that you've selected the correct columns during the mapping stage; otherwise, QuickBooks won't read the data. Then, download your bank data again using a different compatible browser for QBO.

I'll include an article you can browse for guidance on resolving issues with manual bank uploads: Fix bank upload errors in QBO.
