Banking information won’t transfer on app or desktop

I’ve had quickbooks for years and never had this problem. My bank has been consistently linked to my BOA account, but for some reason after I connected to TurboTax to do my taxes my banking unlinked. I can log into the 3rd party screen no problem, but after pressing “connect accounts” it looks like the account is connected but IT NEVER DOES. not on desktop or the phone app. I’ve tried over and over again- same problem. Just says “link bank account”- so my profile looks like I have $0 everything even though I’ve been keeping track of my expenses for years in this app. Even in incognito and clear cache browsers and relinking my bank in my banking app. 

has anyone else experienced this problem and what did you do??

They can set up a quick screen-sharing session with you to see exactly what’s happening in real time and figure out why the bank won’t reconnect or pull in any transactions.
