We closed the business. 4 years ago, we just have QB online for reference if needed for taxes. How can we download all these so we don't have to keep paying monthly charges?

Thanks for joining the Community, @tonycollum.

In your case, you can export all your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by utilizing the Journal option to download all your entry's data with the breakdown amount of sales, fees, and taxes involved for each transaction. This way, you won't have to keep paying monthly QBO subscription charges after you unsubscribe to your account.

Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Export data.
  3. From the Pre-selected date ranges drop-down, pick All dates.
  4. Choose Journal.
  5. Then hit Export to Excel.

Most importantly, you have the options there to export your financial reports, lists and non-posting transactions and attachments. For more details, take a look at this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
