Can anyone help resolve issue when posting in Bank Transactions section? The issue occurs during the Resolve function. When adding an item, the page becomes unresponsive.

When adding an item and the Resolve function becomes unresponsive in QuickBooks Online, Kathleen, we can start by clearing the browser's cache.

 

Cached data in your browser can sometimes lead to slow performance or unresponsive pages. Please refer to this article for detailed instructions on clearing them: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues.

 

If the issue persists, run QuickBooks Online (QBO) on other supported browsers such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome for Windows, and Safari if you're using a Mac.
