Can I delete a banking rule?

I'm here to help you delete a bank rule in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks gets better at categorizing as it utilizes your bank rules more frequently. After some time, it may even be able to scan transactions and add information like payees. You can also remove it if you don't want to use it anymore.

Follow the steps below if you have a bank rule to delete:

1. Select Bookkeeping from the left menu.
2. Choose Rules.
3. Select the Rule you want to delete. Click the dropdown arrow under Action.
4. Click Delete.
