Mobile check deposit isn't available to all customers. If you're qualified, you'll view the option to Deposit check into Get Money. Moreover, before you deposit a check, it's important that the check meets the requirements and you don't need the funds immediately.
Once the option to deposit a check is available on your end, you can follow the steps below on how you can enter check information:
Log into your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
Choose Cash Flow.
From the QuickBooks Checking home page, select Send Money.
Select Deposit checks. If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.
