Can I deposit a check with my phone to QuickBooks checking account?

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online app.
2. Choose the "Cash Flow" option from the menu.
3. On the QuickBooks Checking home page, tap on "Send Money."
4. Select "Deposit checks" from the available options.
5. Please note that if you don't see this option or it's unavailable, it means you are not eligible at the moment.
6. Enter the amount of the check. Ensure that it does not exceed the limit displayed on the screen.

Once it is done, you will need to endorse the check. Here's how:

1. Sign your name on the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit only” under your signature.
2. Take photos of the front and back of your check.
   1. Place the check on a well-lit, dark-colored surface.
   2. Capture all four corners of the check.
   3. Make sure to capture all the details.

You're almost finished. Just follow these steps to review and submit:

1. Carefully review the check amount and verify that the check images are clear. If needed, retake the photos to ensure clarity.
2. Take a moment to review the date when the funds will be available.
3. If everything appears to be in order, select the option to "Finish depositing."
