Once you have connected your bank account, QuickBooks will automatically download the last 90 days of transactions. Then, you can categorize them to put them into the correct account.

Furthermore, if you have tried all the options matching your bank's name and still can't connect, or if your bank doesn’t appear, request support from your bank.
Navigate to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
Choose Link account.
Search for your financial institution's name. If QuickBooks cannot locate your bank, you will receive a message stating, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," along with helpful tips to aid in locating your bank account.
If your bank remains elusive, select Request.
Enter your bank's website address (URL) in the designated field, then proceed with the request.
