Can someone advise me on how to get QB's to sync my accounts? It stopped syncing on 10/23/2025.

Hi there, Adjuster. Is the bank still showing linked in QuickBooks, or was it disconnected at some point?

Given your situation, you'll need to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks via CSV to fill the gap for October 2025 transactions up to the present period. Check out this article to ensure your data is in the correct format: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

If you recently updated your bank credentials before October 2025, you'll need to update your bank information in QuickBooks, as this can interrupt the data feed to the program. You can update your credentials via the Edit account Sign in or Edit account Details options on your QuickBooks account Bank transaction page.

It's also noteworthy that the bank or credit card account connection expires or is updated, depending on your bank. You may need to reconnect every 90 days or every 18 months to maintain a continuous connection.

If you're experiencing a different scenario or encounter any error message, you can share it here.
